Revive Intimacy is a private therapy practice owned and operated by Utkala Maringanti, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Sex Therapist (CST) credentialed through the Sexual Health Alliance. Utkala is an AAMFT Clinical Fellow, trained through ICEEFT in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and pursuing EMDR certification under EMDRIA standards.

The practice specializes in helping couples and individuals rebuild connection, resolve conflict, address sexual concerns, and heal from trauma. Utkala uses a person-centered, sex-positive, attachment-based approach integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. She warmly welcomes LGBTQIA+, BDSM/kink, and ethically non-monogamous clients.
